This property was a complete gut rehab from brick to brick. At one point you could look from the 3rd floor into the basement. Everything, and I mean everything is new in this property. As you pull up to the property you will notice the unique color of the brick as it was a custom design. The Blue Door captures your attention as you are buzzed in with your Digital Butterfly system that allows you to see guests before buzzing them in on your phone. The herringbone floor pattern is definitely an eye catcher as you enter the building with bright night lights. This home is equipped with hardwood floors throughout the entire home. A gorgeous kitchen awaits as you enter your main door. The white and gold accents truly feel luxurious and clean. The diagonal floor pattern in the living room along with the floor to ceiling fireplace design gives you a complete finish. We have a hallway bathroom with a deep soaker tub, gold accents & a beautiful vanity for the relaxing evenings. The hallway also has laundry right off the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features an all black ensuite with a shower with a wand & tub. Listen to bluetooth while you enjoy your all black ensuite! This unit is absolutely gorgeous from head to toe! Take advantage of garage parking while it lasts!!!! Must make 3x rent and have 620 credit score.
