Come to a look at this cozy and affordable 1+ den in Roscoe Village. Nicely situated near shops (Roscoe Books, Denim Lounge, Village Discount - my personal favorite), restaurants (Volo, Le Sud, Lucy's), grocery stores (literally a Jewel and a Marianos next to each other - why? We will never know), and places to get a sweat (Orange Theory!) amongst many other things. Walking distance to the Paulina Brown line, Addison and Western Buses. This cute little apartment even has in unit washer dryer, well, it's sort of in unit. No one else will be using it except you. It is outside the back door in your own personal storage and laundry room area. Did I mention the den? The den, which would make a great little office, even has a closet. So technically I could call it a bedroom, but I wont do that to you because it is pretty small. The unit has an enormous pantry too. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed and has a decent sized closet. There is also a coat closet near the front door. Small dogs are welcome.
