Large refreshed one bedroom apartment (579 square feet!) that is across the street from beautiful Humboldt Park. The kitchen is separate from the living space, giving a nice flow between the living room, bedroom, and food prep area.! The living space is large enough to accommodate all of your furniture and it gets flooded with sunlight throughout the day with eastern exposure. The bedroom can easily fit a queen sized bed and has a closet. There's also plenty of storage throughout the unit. An easy walk to Roeser's bakery, the North Ave bus, and multiple grocery/convenience stores. Dog and cat friendly with few restrictions!
