For the last twenty-plus years I’ve enjoyed representing thousands of families selling and purchsing homes in the Northshore, Northwest suburbs and Chicagoland area. I take great pride in utilizing two decades of experience in residential real estate transactions to represent my clients and guide them through all of the intricacies and nuances involved in selling and purchasing homes.

 

I work hand in hand with clients to review contracts, monitor compliance with contract terms, inspection report, title evidence, and real estate tax matters. I coordinate with lenders, realtors and attorneys for the opposite party. I advise clients concerning procedures relating to the transaction, including obtaining and discharging mortgages, obtaining insurance, acquiring possession and paying expenses related to the closing. I review title continuation and ascertain the nature of title exceptions and prepare all necessary closing documentation. I attend closing with my clients, review and explain all closing documents including those prepared by the opposite party’s attorney, lender and title company. I’ve had great success over the last twenty years making real estate transactions a smooth and enjoyable experience for both buyers and sellers.
